How We Process Your Personal Data When You Join Our Talent Community
When you create an account and join our talent community, we process your personal data in accordance with your consent (see Article 6, paragraph 1(a) of the GDPR). You hereby consent that mandatory data, voluntary data, and automatically collected data may be viewed and transferred to our global affiliates for recruitment, statistical, and analytical purposes.
Some of our affiliates are located in countries outside the EU or EEA, where the level of personal data protection may be less stringent than in the EU or EEA. You can withdraw your consent at any time by changing your privacy settings on your profile page. However, if you do so, your talent community account will be deleted. Recruiting Assistant (Chatbot)
On our recruitment website, you can interact with our virtual recruiting assistant chatbot. This chatbot is provided by a third party and is designed to assist you in your recruitment process. Recruiting Assistant can help you find suitable job openings on Pandora based on your areas of interest. Depending on your country of residence and the services Recruiting Assistant provides in your country, we collect various types of personal data and process this data for pre-contract preparation work, such as entering into a potential employment contract with you, in accordance with Section 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The information we may collect includes, but is not limited to:

- Unique identifiers and cookie data
- Other information you voluntarily provide

An unsubscribe option is included in the newsletter emails sent to you; you can follow the instructions in the email. For all other types of messages you may receive from us, such as maintenance, announcements, or administrative notices, you can only cease receiving them by deleting your Talent Community profile.
6.6 You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time
You have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data at any time, provided that our processing is based on your consent. However, withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of processing based on consent prior to the withdrawal.
- Retention of Personal Data

Applications
Your application will be deleted after 6 months of inactivity.
Talent Community Account
Your profile will be deleted after 12 months of inactivity.
Recruiting Assistant
For visitors outside the U.S. using the Recruiting Assistant, your data will be retained for 2 years.
Direct Marketing, including Newsletter Subscriptions

How do we define an inactive email subscriber?
An inactive newsletter subscriber is a user who has not opened or clicked on the emails within the past two years.
What personal data will be deleted if a newsletter subscriber is inactive?
First name, last name, email address, job title, company, investor type.
When will personal data be deleted?
If a newsletter subscriber has not subscribed for two consecutive years, their personal data will be deleted.
What personal data will be retained after the 24-month inactivity period ends?
No personal data will be retained unless required by mandatory local law. However, some information may be stored in an irrevocably anonymized form for statistical purposes.
