Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return policy?

Unused and in-condition items can be returned within 30 days with the original receipt/electronic receipt. Damaged/defective items can be returned online. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards or electronic gift cards are non-refundable.

Extended Holiday Return Period! Starting November 1, 2025, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges of unused and in-condition items with the original receipt until January 31, 2026.

The following items are for final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except for damaged/defective items.

Return by Mail:

Returns are simple, convenient, and completely free! Just follow these steps:

Please fill out the return form inside the package. Be sure to indicate the quantity returned, item number, and reason for return.

Please pack your items securely together with the return form.

Attach the prepaid UPS tracking number to the outside of your package.

If you cannot find the return slip or prepaid label, please click here and enter your order tracking number, then select “Return this package”—or contact our Jewelry Customer Service Center for assistance.

Refund and Processing Time

Once our warehouse receives and verifies your package, we will process your return and send you a confirmation email.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to arrive, but our goal is to process them within 5 business days.

All refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Banks may require an additional 3-5 business days to credit the funds to your account.

How long does it take to process a return?

Return by Mail:

Please allow us 7 to 10 business days* from the date we receive your return package to process it. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Refunds to your original payment account may take up to 5 business days.

*During peak sales periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other promotional events), processing times may be extended by 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
